We are updating the Privacy Policy to version 1.2, effective October 18, 2026. The Korean version is binding.

What changes

  • Marketing emails (optional consent): the sign-up screen (game and website) gets “(Optional) Marketing emails” below the required items. It is not chosen by default, and you choose it separately from the required items.
  • Email only. We do not send marketing text messages (SMS) or push notifications, and we do not ask for a phone number for this.
  • Purpose, items and retention: sending Minicar Champion Road advertising information such as events, benefits and news · your registered email address · until you withdraw consent or delete your account (section 1).
  • Refusing has no disadvantage. You can use the game and the website exactly the same.
  • Turn it off any time: in the in-game Account window, under My info on the website, with the unsubscribe link at the end of any marketing email (no login, free, one click), or by emailing us (the operator turns it off). You can also turn it on in the in-game Account window or under My info.
  • Result notices: when you consent or withdraw, we email the result (sender, date, consent or withdrawal) to your registered address right away.
  • Every 2 years: we email a notice confirming your consent every 2 years from the date you consented.
  • Labeling: marketing emails start their subject with “(광고)” (Advertisement) and end with the sender's name, contact details and how to unsubscribe.
  • Email delivery: Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA), which already sends our verification-code emails, also sends the result notices, confirmation notices and marketing emails (sections 4 and 5).

Good to know

  • The privacy box you tick at sign-up confirms that you were informed of the policy; the only consent we ask for is this optional item.
  • This change applies only to those who choose it; nothing changes for anyone who does not. Members who already signed up do not need to agree to anything, and can turn it on from the effective date in the in-game Account window or under My info.
  • The game will show the updated privacy summary once more the next time you log in.
  • Marketing emails are sent only from the effective date (October 18), and only to those who consented.
  • Changed sections: 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 9 and 13. Everything else stays the same. Previous notice: Privacy Policy 1.1
