Minicar Champion Road Operation Policy
This is an English translation. If it differs from the Korean version, the Korean version prevails.
Under the "Minicar Champion Road Terms of Service", this Operation Policy sets the rules for racer names and the official website board, and the standards for reports and sanctions. Please follow them so everyone can enjoy the game comfortably.
The game has no chat between users. What other users can see is your racer name and your posts and comments on the official website board. Rival racers in cups and events are in-game characters (NPCs) or recorded runs (ghosts).
1. Racer name rules
- 2 to 10 characters. You can use Hangul, Latin letters (including accents), digits, Cyrillic, Thai, Japanese kana and Chinese characters. Spaces and symbols are not allowed, and names made only of digits are not allowed.
- Each account has one name, and each name is unique among all users. First come, first served. Names that differ only in upper/lower case count as the same name.
- You cannot use names that could be mistaken for staff, such as operator, admin, GM or official; names containing the studio's name (Aurel); insults or sexual or hateful expressions; names impersonating real people or other users; or names containing personal information or advertising.
- For now, a name cannot be changed once set. The Studio may ask you to change a name that breaks the rules, or change it to another name.
- When you delete your account, the name is released and others can use it.
2. Official website board
| Board | Who can write |
|---|---|
| Notices | Operators only |
| Free talk · Tips · Questions · Bug reports | Logged-in users |
- The board is for talking about "Minicar Champion Road". Anyone can read; only users logged in with a game account can write.
- Posts can have a 40-character title and a 2,000-character body, and comments up to 300 characters. If you write too often you cannot write for a while (posts: one per minute, 10 per day; comments: one per 10 seconds, 100 per day). Some profanity is masked with
*automatically. - The author name shown is the racer name you choose when writing, or a numbered name like "레이서 0000" (Racer 0000). Email addresses are never shown. Operators' posts show as "미니카 운영팀" (Minicar Team).
- Besides the prohibited content in section 3, we delete advertising and promotion, repeated posts, unauthorized posting of others' writing or art, and promotion of illegal programs or real-money trading.
- The copyright in a post belongs to its author. Posts that break the rules may be hidden or deleted without prior notice.
- When we receive a report of rights infringement such as invasion of privacy or defamation, we delete the post under the law, or, if it is hard to judge, temporarily hide it for up to 30 days.
- In "My info" you can delete all of your posts and comments at once.
3. Prohibited content and conduct
- Insults, degrading or hateful/discriminatory expressions (nationality, race, gender, religion, disability, region, etc.), sexual remarks, threats, harassment or bullying
- Repeating the same message (spam), advertising or promotion, luring users to other sites
- Impersonating the Studio, its staff, other users or famous people
- Disclosing other people's personal information (real name, phone number, address, school, social media, account details, etc.). For your safety, please do not post your own either (the Studio may hide it).
- Real-money trading of accounts, in-game currencies or parts and advertising it, paid leveling services, sharing or selling accounts
- Illegal programs, macros or game tampering, manipulating save data, exploiting bugs and spreading how to do so
- Illegal information such as obscene material, sexual content involving children or minors, or content encouraging crime or self-harm
- Fraud and tricks to obtain passwords or verification codes (phishing)
- Sending excessive requests to the servers or attacking them
4. Reports
- Board reports: press "Report" on a post or comment and choose a reason (spam/advertising, abuse/harassment, obscene, personal information exposed, illegal information, other). Each user can report up to 30 times a day.
- Automatic hiding: a post or comment reported by 3 different users is hidden automatically until an operator reviews it. Because this is based only on the number of reporters, you can appeal under section 7 if you think it is unfair. An operator reviews it and shows it again or deletes it.
- Other reports: for racer names or other problems, please email us (thirtyshots2689@outlook.com). Evidence such as screenshots helps us act faster.
- False reports and using reports to harass others are also subject to sanctions.
- Report records (reporting and reported posts, reason) are kept for 1 year from the action taken.
5. Sanction steps
| Step | What happens | Period (guideline) |
|---|---|---|
| Warning | You are told about the violation and it is recorded | - |
| Board restriction | You cannot post or comment on the official website board | 1–30 days |
| Temporary suspension | You cannot log in | 1–30 days |
| Permanent ban | Account use is blocked permanently (service agreement terminated) | Permanent |
- We decide based on severity, number of times and intent; repeated violations move to the next step.
- Illegal programs, server attacks, game tampering, real-money trading, account theft, intentionally leaking others' personal information, sexual content involving minors and real threats of crime may lead to an immediate permanent ban.
- Bug exploitation or save data manipulation leads at first to a temporary suspension with the gains (in-game currencies, parts, records) taken back, and repeated cases may lead to a permanent ban.
- For a racer name that breaks the rules, we ask you to change it; if you do not, the Studio changes it to another name.
- When we sanction you, we tell you the reason, type, period and how to appeal by in-game message or email.
6. Fair competition
- Cup classes (Rookie, Regular, One-make, Pro) level machines by their regulations; the effects of level, collections and named parts apply only in the Open class and on tracks (PvE).
- Changing save data or the device clock to get extra rewards is treated as bug exploitation. The game is built so that turning the clock back does not give rewards again.
7. Appeals
- Apply by email (thirtyshots2689@outlook.com) within 14 days of receiving the sanction notice.
- Include: your registered email, racer name, the date and details of the sanction, and why you disagree (with evidence if you have it).
- The Studio answers within 15 days of receiving it, and if it will take longer, tells you why and when. If the appeal is justified, we lift the sanction and correct the record.
8. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, we announce it in an in-game notice and on the official website 7 days before it takes effect (30 days if the change is unfavorable to users).
