We are announcing Terms of Service 1.1 and Privacy Policy 1.4, effective October 25, 2026. Until then, the current versions (Terms of Service 1.0 · Privacy Policy — 1.2 from October 18, 1.3 from October 19) apply. The Korean version is binding.

What changes

  • Sign-up age: in the Republic of Korea, 14 or older as before; in all other countries, 16 or older (or a higher age if your local law requires it). Playing without an account (guest) is open to everyone regardless of age, and progress is then saved only on your device (Terms Article 6 · Policy section 8).
  • Regional information (Policy section 14): legal bases for EU and UK (GDPR) users, your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawing consent, complaining to a supervisory authority), international transfers and safeguards, disclosures for California residents (we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising), and information for users in Japan on provision to third parties in foreign countries.
  • Ad consent: in Europe, the UK and similar regions, Google's consent form (UMP) asks whether you allow personalized ads the first time you watch an ad, and you can change your choice in the game.
  • Guest play: while you play without an account, progress is stored only on your device and is not sent to the Studio's servers (Policy section 1).
  • Probability-based items (Terms Article 18): we make clear they are not sold for money and that results cannot be exchanged for cash or value or traded, and we publish the probability information in English and Japanese.
  • Governing law (Terms Article 31): mandatory consumer protections of your country and your right to bring a claim in your local courts are not affected.
  • Paid products (Republic of Korea): we plan to start selling our first paid product in Korea soon, so we are adding payment, withdrawal (7 days), refunds, cancellation of payments by minors and refunds when the Service ends to Terms Article 21, and keeping purchase records (5 years) to Policy sections 1, 2 and 5. Everything free now — story, races, tuning and tournaments — stays free.
  • Operator details: the business details of the operator, HK (에이치케이; game brand Aurel Studio), are added to Terms Article 3, Policy sections 11 and 14 and the bottom of the website.

Good to know

  • Nothing changes in how we process personal information of users in Korea (items, purposes, retention).
  • If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may delete your account before the effective date; if you do not object by then, you are deemed to agree (Terms Article 4).
  • A Japanese translation is now available (the Korean version prevails).
